I have HP Pavilion 15-n038sx Notebook Since i have installed Microsoft Windows 10, i have an issue on shutdown feature. Every time i press shutdown the device doesn't respond (Although the system making shutdown but the device still on), and every time i have to force shutdown to off my pc. Please note that i didn't have this problem on older Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 & 8 & 8.1). I have tried many times to reinstall the system (Win. 10) but i still have the same issue, although all (win.10) features are working correctly and stable.
